A 6-Week Journey Back to Yourself

Sometimes in life we become so busy caring for others, meeting expectations, and moving through daily responsibilities that we slowly lose connection with ourselves.

Many women reach a moment where they quietly realise they don’t feel as confident, clear, or connected to who they are as they once did.

Becoming Her was created as a gentle space for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.

This six-week guided journey helps you rediscover your voice, rebuild confidence, and step into the woman you are becoming.

How the Journey Works

Each week you will receive a guided email designed to help you reflect, grow, and reconnect with yourself.

Inside each email you’ll find:

  • A guided reflection topic

  • Thought provoking journaling prompts

  • A small personal growth exercise

  • A weekly affirmation

The programme is designed to be completed at your own pace. Many women choose to set aside 20–30 minutes each week to read the email and write down their thoughts.

This journey is not about rushing or fixing yourself.

It’s about creating space to understand yourself more deeply.

What We Explore Together

Week 1 – Reconnecting With Yourself

We begin by slowing down and reconnecting with who you are right now. This week focuses on self-awareness and noticing how you feel in different areas of your life.

Week 2 – Understanding Your Inner Voice

We explore the thoughts and beliefs that shape how you see yourself, and how to begin replacing self-doubt with a more supportive inner voice.

Week 3 – Boundaries Without Guilt

Learn how to recognise your own needs and set healthy boundaries that protect your time, energy, and wellbeing.

Week 4 – Finding Your Voice

This week focuses on expressing your thoughts and feelings clearly and confidently, allowing you to show up more authentically in your life and relationships.

Week 5 – Rebuilding Confidence

We reflect on your strengths and experiences to help rebuild trust in yourself and recognise the resilience you already carry.

Week 6 – Becoming Her

In the final week we look forward, helping you define the woman you are becoming and how you want to continue growing beyond the programme.
